The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to enhance the quality of the Services and to protect CentralTexasStangs (http://www.CentralTexasStangs.com) Members and Owners.

This Policy applies to each Member, guest, visitor, agents, or other users who obtain Services from CentralTexasStangs. Each Member/User should use common sense and good judgment in connection with the Services.

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in termination of your account(s) with no refunds offered (to donating members).

Members acknowledge and agree that this Policy may change at any time, at the sole discretion of CentralTexasStangs. Once CentralTexasStangs modifies or amends this Policy, any changes are immediately binding upon the Members.

Usage of CentralTexasStangs services implies that you agree with these terms and conditions.

If CentralTexasStangs learns of a violation of this Policy, CentralTexasStangs will respond to the Member and may, in CentralTexasStangs sole discretion, take any of the following actions, in any order, and in accordance with the severity and duration of the violation:

• Warning the Member.
• Suspending the offending Member from the Services.
• Terminating the offending Member from the Services.
• Imposing fees or charges on the offending members account in accordance with any damages incurred.
• Removing the offending content.
• Taking other action in accordance with this Policy, the applicable service contract or applicable law.

CentralTexasStangs encourages Members to report violations of this policy by e-mail to: abuse@CentralTexasStangs.com, including in any such report, the name of the offending Member, and the type of abuse (i.e. spam, illegal acts, harassment, etc.) in the "subject" field of the e-mail.

General usage and policy

Member agrees to use CentralTexasStangs only for lawful purposes.

CentralTexasStangs reserves the right to terminate any account for which a member is found to be posting any material in violation of any U.S. or state statute or regulation, including but not limited to material in violation of U.S. copyright law, and material legally judged to be threatening or obscene.

Any misuse of CentralTexasStangs resources that disrupts the normal use of the system is strictly prohibited. Such system abuse may lead to termination of the account. Examples of system abuse include but are not limited to posting numerous useless messages that consume bandwidth, consuming excessive amounts of disk storage by attaching too many pictures, creating multiple user accounts, etc.

Member agrees that CentralTexasStangs will not be liable for any loss of Member's data (posts or personal messages), or for interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or any kind (including lost profits) regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Parents or guardians should always supervise minors in using the Internet. Parents and guardians should remain aware at all times of what is on the Internet and how the minors under their care are using the Services and the Internet.

CentralTexasStangs makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the quality, accuracy, or validity of the data and/or information residing on the Forum or any webpage on CentralTexasStangs.com.

CentralTexasStangs expressly disclaims any obligation to monitor its Members and other Users with respect to violations of this Policy.

CentralTexasStangs has no liability or responsibility for the actions of any of its Members or other Users or any content any User may post on the Forum, or actions any Member/User may take part in outside of CentralTexasStangs.

Violations

The following violations are grounds for immediate suspension of account(s) pending investigation by CentralTexasStangs Administration and will result in termination of the account(s) if the investigation determines that the member has originated or is any way responsible for such activities:

• Posting a single article or substantially similar articles to an excessive number of threads (i.e., more than 5) or continued posting of articles which are off-topic (e.g., off-topic according to the Forum section or the article provokes complaints from the readers of the forum for being off-topic.
• Sending unsolicited mass private messages (i.e., to more than 5 individuals, also known as SPAMMING) which provoke complaints from the recipients.
• Harassment of other individuals on the Forum after being asked to stop by those individuals and/or CentralTexasStangs Moderator Team.
• Impersonating another user or otherwise falsifying ones user name in Forum postings, in the chat room, in e-mail, or with any other Internet service.
• Adult content of any nature is not permitted. Links to adult content is not permitted. Both are subject to IMMEDIATE and FINAL suspension of member accounts. No second offense permitted. Posting and uploading X-Rated, Adult, Sex content, whether photographic or any kind of artistic representation found can, result in IMMEDIATE and FINAL suspension of hosting services.
• CentralTexasStangs complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Uploading, storing, dispensing of Copyrighted materials such as, MP3s, games, and audio/video streaming are not permitted.

Prohibited Uses

Utilizing the Services in connection with any illegal activity. Without limiting the general application of this rule, Users may not:

• Utilizing the Services to copy material from third parties (including text, graphics, music, videos or other copyrightable material) without proper authorization.
• Utilizing the Services to misappropriate or infringe the patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Utilizing the Services to traffic in illegal drugs, illegal gambling, obscene materials or any other products or services that are prohibited under applicable law.
• Utilizing the Services in any manner that violates applicable law.
• Utilizing the Services in connection with any tortuous or actionable activity.

• Utilizing the Services to publish or disseminate information that (A) constitutes slander, libel or defamation, (B) publicizes the personal information or likeness of a person without that person's consent or (C) otherwise violates the privacy rights of any person.
• Utilizing the Services to threaten persons with bodily harm, to make harassing or abusive statements or messages, or to solicit the performance of acts or services that are illegal under applicable law.
• Utilizing the Services in connection with any other disruptive or abusive activity.

• Utilizing the Services to "spam" the forum with advertisements, and/or send mass unsolicited e-mail to third parties.
• Utilizing the Services to cause denial of service attacks against CentralTexasStangs or other forums or Internet users or to otherwise degrade or impair the operation of CentralTexasStangs servers and facilities or the servers and facilities of other network hosts or Internet users.
• Utilizing the Services to subvert, or assist others in subverting, the security or integrity of any CentralTexasStangs systems, facilities or equipment.
• Utilizing the Services to gain unauthorized access to the computer networks of CentralTexasStangs or any other person.
• Utilizing the Services to provide passwords or access codes to persons not authorized to receive such materials by the operator of the system requiring the password or access code.
• Utilizing the Services to forge the signature or other identifying mark or code of any other person, impersonate or assume the identity of any other person, or engage in any other activity (including "spoofing") to attempt to deceive or mislead other persons regarding the true identity of the User (excluding the use of anonymous re-mailer or Internet nicknames).
• Utilizing the Services to distribute or post any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or computer code intended to disrupt services, destroy data, destroy or damage equipment, or disrupt the operation of the Services.
• Utilizing the Services to conduct port scans or other invasive procedures against any server.
• Utilizing the Services to distribute, advertise or promote software or services that have the primary purpose of encouraging or facilitating unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam.
• Utilizing the Services to solicit or collect, or distribute, advertise or promote, e-mail address lists for the purpose of encouraging or facilitating unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam. (Proof of opt-in subscribers must be provided if any complaint is made).
• Utilizing the Services in any other manner to interrupt or interfere with the Internet usage of other persons.

Reservation of Rights

CentralTexasStangs reserves the right to cooperate with appropriate legal authorities in investigations of claims of illegal activity involving CentralTexasStangs Services, Members and other Users.

CentralTexasStangs reserves all other rights to respond to violations of this Policy to the extent of applicable law and in accordance with any applicable contractual obligations.

CentralTexasStangs reserves the right to deny service to any member/user at anytime, and for any reason.

The reselling of CentralTexasStangs services is not permitted without prior written permission.

CentralTexasStangs reserves the right to interrupt service periodically for maintenance. CentralTexasStangs will do its utmost to provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service.
